The hotel was overall clean, facilities were clean, stunning and lovely location near the various areas of the resort and a supermarket and Port Vila for a short holiday. Got studio with great bed and a great view, as example as expected. All of the staff members were EFFICIENT and attentive.

The staff are all fantastically friendly and really friendly. The rooms are nice styled and include a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

Their breakfast is overpriced, can be better.

my room included a kitchenette area, it's own balcony and a lounge. the bed was comfortable & the bathroom was large. location: the hotel was just next door to the grocery store and great restaurants and another island. the pool was great and i had soft drinks in the swim-up bar.

We had Wheelchair Accessible room with kitchenette, beautiful lagoon view plus a comfy bed, which was important. The staff team was welcoming at any time.

The hotel rooms were fantastic, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The beach was beautiful and it was great to be so close to the water. Another aspect that was really nice about this hotel was the great customer service. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and it really helped us to enjoy our holiday.

The food wasn't as great as we had hoped. While there were a few good options, a lot of the dishes were subpar.

Everything was great, beautiful location near a big super market and pool, restaurant and Lagoon, efficient staff. The breakfast served was delicious and plentiful with poached eggs, a brilliant omelette plus canned fruit on there.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vanuatu that exceeded my expectations. the location was superb. Situated on the tree rimmed lagoon, it offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance to the main shopping area and markets, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also had rooms right on the water, which provided stunning views and added to the overall experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome. The basic amenities in the rooms were well maintained and the breakfast, with its live cooking station and different varieties of food, was a highlight of my stay.

There was one small aspect that could have been improved upon. Some of the dishes served during dinner were undercooked, which was a disappointment.

Great location, clean rooms, amazing views, helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located, only 5 minutes away from the airport and working distance to beautiful blue holes. The view from the restaurant is amazing, especially during sunset. Our family bungalow was spacious enough for four people, and the hot water shower was comfortable. We enjoyed every meal we had there. The hotel facilities were great, and the private pool and beach were beautiful.

During our stay at Ramada, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The highlight was when we accidentally dropped our phone into the water, and a staff member immediately jumped in and retrieved it within minutes. Additionally, the warm welcome and humble treatment made us feel like royalty. The resort itself was beautiful, with lovely rooms and a great pool overlooking the lagoon. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide range of delicious options. we highly recommend this resort for its exceptional service and amazing facilities.

We had a great Xmas vacation! The welcoming staff offered us complementary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice way to start our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, it was close to the city center and the beach. We even got to enjoy the beautiful ocean view from our room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes, especially the fresh fruit was amazing!

The pool towels were sometimes not available when we needed them and had to wait for a while to get them. the pool umbrellas could have been a bit sturdier as they were not very effective in providing shade.
